What Happens If You Block the Air Intake on a Brushless Motor Dryer?

1. Reduced Airflow:
Less air in = less power out. The dryer blows weaker and takes longer to dry.

2. Motor Strain:
The motor may overspeed trying to compensate, which increases wear and stress.

3. Overheating Risk:
Restricted airflow means less cooling, raising internal temps and risking damage.

Dryer Testing Diagnoses
Before filling out the ENZOcare+ claim form provided below, please ensure that you have conducted a thorough examination of your C3 - Cyclone 3 Hybrid Dryer. Proper testing is essential for expediting the processing of your claim. We appreciate your cooperation.
Speed Testing
Feel the airflow strength by experiencing the air output at different speed settings. Hold a lightweight paper near the dryer nozzle to observe its movement at various speeds.
Cord Testing
Check for visible damage or fraying along the cord's length. Plug the dryer into a power outlet and gently wiggle the cord to ensure there are no loose connections. Check for exposed wires or sharp edges on the dryer housing and ensure all safety features are functioning correctly.
GFI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) Issue
Ensure the dryer is plugged into a GFCI outlet and test it by pressing the "Test" button to simulate a ground fault. Reset: Press the "Reset" button to restore power to the dryer after testing.
Heat Testing
Feel the warmth of the air by placing your hand a few inches away from the dryer nozzle at different heat settings. Hair Sensation: Direct the airflow onto a small section of hair to gauge the drying speed and warmth.
Noise
Listen for any unusual or excessive noise while the dryer is operating.
Magnet Strength on Nozzles
Inspect the Nozzle: Check for any visible damage or debris on the magnetic attachment points of the nozzle. Ensure that the magnetic connection is clean and free from any obstructions. Test with Another Nozzle attaching it to the dryer to see if it securely snaps into place.
