WARRANTY
Enzo & Co Inc., (“ENZO MILANO©”) extends this Limited Warranty to the original end-use purchaser of selected ENZO MILANO products* or the person receiving a product as a gift, provided that the ENZO MILANO Product was purchased from an Authorized Dealer as defined below. The Limited Warranty does not extend to any other person or transferee. Statutory or common law may provide additional rights or remedies that vary from state to state, and country to country, which are not affected by this Limited Warranty.
What warranty coverage do you offer for EnzoMilano products?
We offer limited lifetime warranty on most Enzo Milano products. This warranty covers defective products

How do I file a warranty claim for my ENZOMILANO product?
To initiate a warranty claim, go to our ENZOcare page [insert contact information]. You can follow the prompts to file a warranty claim.
What is not covered under theENZOcare warranty?
Our Classic ENZOcare warranty does not extend coverage to damage arising from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, or alterations to the product. additionally, it does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper maintenance. Do I need to register my ENZO MILANO product toactivate my warranty?
No, registration is not mandatory to activate the warranty. However, registering your warranty can streamline the process in case your product develops a defect. Regardless, we advise keeping your proof of purchase handy, as it's required for any warranty claims.
CanI transfer the warranty if I sell or gift my ENZO MILANO product?
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

What if my ENZO MILANO product is no longer covered by warranty?
If your product is no longer covered by warranty, we can offer a replacement at a fraction of the cost. Please proceed with filing a claim and an ENZOcare representative would be happy to provide you with your options.
CanI return my ENZO MILANO product for a refund under warranty?
