Proper Testing Procedures
G6 - Gio 6 Flat Iron Series Testing Diagnoses
Before completing an ENZOcare+ claim form below, please ensure that you have conducted thorough testing on your G6 - Gio 6 Flat Iron Series product. This will help us accurately process your claim.
Cord Testing
Check for visible damage or fraying along the cord's length. Plug the dryer into a power outlet and gently wiggle the cord to ensure there are no loose connections. Check for exposed wires or sharp edges on the C3 dryer housing and ensure all safety features are functioning correctly.
Visual Inspection
Check that the heat control buttons or dials are intact and functional.
Temperature Test
Set the flat iron to different heat settings and wait for it to reach the desired temperature. Use caution when touching the plates to avoid burns. Turn on the flat iron and time how long it takes to reach the desired temperature. Compare it to the manufacturer's specified heating time.
Plate Alignment and Coating
Check that the plates are aligned correctly and sit flush against each other when closed. Inspect the plates for any signs of wear or damage to the coating. Ensure that the coating is intact to prevent hair damage.
Performance
Test the flat iron on a small section of hair to assess its straightening or styling capabilities.

Dryer Testing Diagnoses
Before filling out the ENZOcare+ claim form provided below, please ensure that you have conducted a thorough examination of your C3 - Cyclone 3 Hybrid Dryer. Proper testing is essential for expediting the processing of your claim. We appreciate your cooperation.
Speed Testing
Feel the airflow strength by experiencing the air output at different speed settings. Hold a lightweight paper near the dryer nozzle to observe its movement at various speeds.
Cord Testing

GFI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) Issue
Ensure the dryer is plugged into a GFCI outlet and test it by pressing the "Test" button to simulate a ground fault. Reset: Press the "Reset" button to restore power to the dryer after testing.
Heat Testing
Feel the warmth of the air by placing your hand a few inches away from the dryer nozzle at different heat settings. Hair Sensation: Direct the airflow onto a small section of hair to gauge the drying speed and warmth.
Noise
Listen for any unusual or excessive noise while the dryer is operating.
Magnet Strength on Nozzles
Inspect the Nozzle: Check for any visible damage or debris on the magnetic attachment points of the nozzle. Ensure that the magnetic connection is clean and free from any obstructions. Test with Another Nozzle attaching it to the dryer to see if it securely snaps into place.

Turn on the curling iron and time how long it takes to reach the desired temperature with each barrel. Compare it to the manufacturer's specified heating time.
Barrel Coating Testing
Inspect the barrels for any signs of wear or damage to the coating. Ensure that the coating is intact to prevent hair damage.
Phantom LOCK Connection
Examine the connection point between the barrel and the handle for any signs of damage or wear. Firmly attach each barrel to the handle and gently wiggle to check for any looseness or instability. Ensure that the connection is tight and secure.
Spring Clip
Examine the spring clips for any signs of damage, such as bends, breaks, or rust. Ensure that the clips are clean and free from any debris or residue that could affect their performance. Open and close the spring clips multiple times to assess their tension. Pay attention to the strength of the spring; it should securely hold the hair in place without slipping. Take a small section of hair and place it between the open spring clips. Close the clips firmly onto the hair and gently tug to ensure they hold the hair securely without slipping or pulling.
Performance
Curling Test: Test each barrel on a small section of hair to assess its curling capabilities and how well it holds the curl.
